Here at THERA°PEARL, we want to make incorporating hot and cold therapy into your busy lifestyle as easy as possible. Our products retain their temperature for the doctor-recommended time of 20 minutes so that you can strap on a THERA°PEARL pack and get on with your day without worrying about accidentally applying the heat or cold for too long.

In the spirit of encouraging you to try pre-workout heat therapy and post-workout cold therapy to avoid injuries, we have created three playlists that we hope will mix up your workout experience. The “Warm up” and “Cool down” playlists are each about 20 minutes long to remind you to warm up with a heated THERA°PEARL and cool down with a frozen THERA°PEARL.
