Any harassing notes or postings that might be construed as stalking will be deleted and made available to the proper law enforcement officials.

2. No Solicitations or Advertisements.
Such notes add clutter and devalue conversation. This includes advertisements for your business or solicitations for a charity.

3. No Impersonation.
You may not impersonate any person, including but not limited to, a Cramer official, a Forum leader, guide or host.

4. Disruptive Behavior.
You may not cause any chat room screen to scroll faster than others are able to type to it or any action that causes a similar disruptive effect, and you agree not to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue in a Forum or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other participants.

5. No Illegal Activity.
You may not suggest or encourage illegal activity. Cramer Products will assist law enforcement officials.

6. No Personal Information.
We encourage you not to post personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, social security numbers or any other private information.

7. Age Requirement.
Online safety is of utmost importance on the Forums; for this reason you must be 14 years old or older to participate. Any post from someone under that age will be removed.

8. Post a Message Only Once.
Good manners online means that you don't post the same note more than once.

9. Post at Your Own Risk.
You participate at your own risk on the Forums and via e-mail. You take responsibility for postings under your identification and use the information you provide at your own risk. Cramer Products takes no responsibility for the content or opinions posted.

10. All Posts are Subject to Review.
Cramer Products reserves the right to remove any postings which it deems to not adhere to the guidelines as suggested.
